An unorthodox housing project with a versatile villa, modern interiors, gardens, swimming pools, and sunken seating. The project is in conflict with residential and urban limits. The project is based on three fundamental principles: personal privacy, personal space division, and minimalism. For optimal confinement, the multipurpose villa's incredibly clean white walls extend parallel to the road. The rear façade that faces the neighborhood has simple verticle louvers that block out any view of the interiors for privacy concerns. Every interior space is filled with light and faces the central courtyard.
